Welcome to the Tenbukan Bujitsu Renmei. The Heavenly Warrior Martial Arts Association. The Tenbukan was founded by Grandmaster Rick Jessee after over 50 years practicing, training & teaching martial arts.

The purpose of the Tenbukan is to provide professional organizational support, rank recognition and advancement to Japanese & Okinawan martial art practitioners world wide without the usual politics and without the usual high costs found in many other organizations.  

We are dedicated to the promotion of the Japanese & Okinawan martial arts in all its forms. We accept martial artist and clubs world wide. Whether you are traditional, sport, or a reality based martial artist or instructor Tenbukan would like to welcome you to its ranks!
